Hello!

I'm Joanne and now live here in England. Before I moved I was studying in Germany, and during that time started running.

Aside from getting out of the house, and staying active, running has brought me to now extending movement to other forms of exercise like yoga...which led to meditation.

I was looking to create a destination for documenting insights and observations on slower living and mindful practices and so started this blog.

Anything from meditation, mindful rituals, impactful movement and nourishing habits have a place here.
